Android Viewer Builder apps video crash (v21?)

We are currently running into problems with Viewer Builder-built Multi-issue v21 apps on Android, specifically with video playback.  Full-screen video, when clicked to play DOES NOT play and causes the entire folio to go black. No play controls, nothing. The app must be killed to bring it back to normal.

We have created a multi-issue app (v21) with the Viewer Builder and have tested it on both the XOOM and the Tab with the same results.  v22 is not currently an option as Viewer-Builder v22 doesn't support Android 4.1.

It appears to be related ONLY to Viewer-Builder-built apps.

We are currently testing on:

- Motorola XOOM w/ Android 4.1.1

- Galaxy Tab w/ Android 2.2

Adobe Content Viewer v22

- video playback OK

Adobe Content Viewer v21

- video playback OK

Viewer Builder Multi-issue App v22

- app crashes on launch on Android 4.1 (KNOWN ISSUE: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4620877#4620877)

Viewer Builder Multi-issue App v21

- on tap of video overlay, viewer goes black without play controls. Tapping the BACK button returns to a completely black screen (occassionally we see some assets in the article on a black background)

Check the screen size of a video. It should not exceed the screen size of the device.

e.g if your video is 1500x800 and the screen size of device is 1280x800 it will crash.

Can you make the videos even smaller? I recall having seen this issue before, and making the video smaller e.g. 800px wide resolved the issue for some of the files but not all of them. Very peculiar ...
