scrollable frame question

I have no problem creating scrollable frames with text or images. But I have seen a file that seemed to have a scrollable frame where the content snapped instead of free scrolled. So a quick swipe took you from the first frame to the second and so on instead of just sliding.

How is this done?

(For reference it appears in the 'cook mode' Donna Hay magazines in Australia)

This was done using HTML. I'll add this to my list of HTML examples to include. If anyone has sample HTML code, please share.

I always use the jquery Plugin iScroll4 for snapping Content. I to easy to
use and has good options.
