Lighroom installation stops with the following error message

An error occored during the installation of assembly component

{5C21D397-1DA5-3749-8C1F-165D21DE9E3E}

 

The installation up to that point is reversed. No product is installed.

 

Downloading the file for a second time does no solve the problem.

    I've just solved it:  While trying to install Lightroom Windows

    installed updates in the background. After rebooting my PC I started the

    installation again. I worked.
