How soon after a purchase is a free upgrade to a new version available? About 3 months ago we purchased  4 copies of Captivate 5.5.

    When did you purchased 4 Copies of Adobe Captivate 5.5 (Exact Date and Order Number) ?

    As a matter of interest what is the timeframe for a free upgrade after purchase ?

    1 month, 2 months, 3 months...

    Hello Neol,

     

    Timeframe differs from Product to Product, usually Timeframe for a free upgrade is couple of months from the day product launched.

     

    Note : You should be eligible first for the free upgrade then we check the Timeframe.
