Hi Clearly Stated,

Maybe try downloading the Premiere Pro trial and then licensing it?

After you install just covert it to be licensed as part of Creative Cloud using the "License This Software" option shown here.

As David suggested please try downloading the Premiere Pro CS6 trial at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=premiere_pro. Once installed you will want to choose the option to License this Software. Please enter the Adobe ID tied to your Creative Cloud subscription.
