Different DW6 Coding Colours?

Hi,

 

I'm coming to DW6 from Notepad++, and am finding the white a real eye strain. I've tried editing the colours manually but it's so so soooo very long a process, does anyone have any shortcuts or ways of inverting those colours so they're a bit softer/darker? It would be a huge help. I really want to like DW, but this is proving such a massive block for me.
