installation error

CS6 says it is installed, but when I try to run the program I get an error that says "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll." I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and still have the same error.

    Which CS6 program are you installing?  What are the hardware and software capabilities of your computer?  Have you compared them to the required system specifications.
