I want to use Adobe Reader Mobile on an iPad that we use for our non-proft organization and am not sure if the licencing cover that?

Yes, there seems to be a contradiction in what you're saying. You say you want to use it for commercial use. Then you say you want to use it for a non-profit. Those are not the same.

There is no restriction on who can use Adobe Reader for iOS. Anybody can download and use the application, whether they are a consumer or using it for business purposes. In fact, we like people in businesses and non-profits using Reader, because the whole purpose is to enable rich communcation among people and organizations.
