What do you mean by Record an Action? Do you mean to say to record a macro as in Corel Office products or Microsoft Office Products? If the answer is yes then there is no such facility in PSE10. If not then please explain your question again.
Actions can only be created in the "big" Photoshop product. Even though you can find actions on the Web that are "for PSE", they were created in Photoshop.
I want to do an action on multiple pictures that is the same. Meaning removing text from the right hand corner and adding new text and I thought that I could do this after watching some videos on Youtube.
