I have tried to download the trial CS6 4 times now. Still have 00 days left on the trial period. Why is this happening? Help me fix this!

Once you've run a trial on a computer, you cannot try it again.
Have you alreday run/completed a trial? In that case you will not be able to extend the trial period by installing again.

Sometimes, due to changes on the computer, a trial can expire early. See http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/trial-software-expired-early .html
