Online pdf printing problem.

After a recent Adobe Reader Update, I have not been able to print a pdf file online.  I can save the file and print offline.  Update 10.1.4 did not resolve the problem.  I am using Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702 and Windows XP.

    Do you receive any error message of any sort while printing.

    Also, could you let me know if you are able to print :

    1. Any HTML page from Internet Explorer

    2. Any locally stored PDF on your system.

    I did not receive any any error message of any sort while printing.

     

    Yes:

     

    1. I can print any HTML page from Internet Explorer. 

    2. I can print any locally stored PDF on my system. 

     

    I can save the file then print it locally.

    Thanks for providing the information. It could be an issue with the IE settings, though am not sure regarding the same.

    Would it be possible for you to try and print any PDF from the web (such as http://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Acrobat_Reader_Rel easeNote_10.1.3.pdf) via some browser other than IE such as Firefox.

    Also, it would be great if you could try and provide me with a screenshot of the Internet Settings Preferences for Reader. You can view the same by navigating to Edit > Preferences > Internet from within the Reader application.

    Thank you for your reply.  I really do not want to change my browser.  If I do change it to Google Chrome, can I go back to Internet Explorer with the original settings?

    I really do not want to change my browser.  If I do change it to Google Chrome, can I go back to Internet Explorer with the original settings?

    Firefox wont affect your IE settings. You can safely uninstall the new browser if it doesnt suit your needs.

     

    Also, please post a screenshot using the camera button on the forum page, since attaching screenshots to a reply sent via your mail doesnt appear in the forum.
