Flash button to external video

Hello there, i want my button to open external video, but not in a new window, just to play it in some portion of the screen.The thing is:
I made my first flash based website and i want to add some animations which i made(in 3ds max),but if i get it right, most free hosting services dont allow any video to be hosted on the server, so i want to upload my animations in youtube or vimeo and add link to them in my flash website.I tried navigateToURL(new URLRequest("i typed some youtube adress here"), "_self") but that opens it in new window, and i dont want that.Here is a screen shot where i tried to explain exactly what i want:
, thank"s , getting too complicated for me ,but i"ll try to get it.I thought that only a few lines of code will do the trick,since i have navigation buttons for the player, just sort of telling flash in which are of the screen to play the external link, but i will eat that for breafkast.
