Serial number for Master collection 'is invalid'

Deploying a lab with aammee. As your client imaging video suggested we created a trial and tried to create a serialization file. Every time I enter the serial number, error says it's invalid. Vendor has confirmed it is the correct number and suggested I contact you. Copying/pasting or typing the number results in same problem. Can you please help asap? We are on deadline.  Tia.

    Can you please share the oobelib.log and pdapp.log created in temp folder. please ensure that is volume serial number. retail serial number are not supported by AAMEE.
