How to move camera view and fly

Hello this is my 5th project and i am making complete solar system.

I have created all the 8 planets and sun but now i would like camera to play flying view effect to each planet and as they pass by the sun size will decrease.

please suggest me what affect do i need here.

i want a similar view like this have a look :
