I'm really starting to get frustrated now! I have subscribed for membership with the creative cloud but i am a student so had to send proof of my eligibility of my education status. I have recieved an email confirming that i have been accepted for the student membership but thats it! I don't have access to any of my serial numbers, i was told they were sent by email but where is this email!?
Plus i have also been told you can confirm it with a download. I have checked my order status it has gone through and says a download is a available to activate into full mode software but when i click on my downloads it says i have no downloads!
Everytime i click on my software i get a box saying its a trail so when i click on 'license this software' it logs me in but comes up with serial number boxes which are empty and i have no serial number to type in cause i still havent received this!
Can someone please help me i need this software installed on my computer because i start a job in 2 weeks time that i need it for and im really starting to get annoyed now!
I have the Creative Cloud too - with the same problem. Could't find a solution in the forums yet, but I just contacted the support team hoping that they can help me out.
Seems like there are more people with the problem. It would be amazing if Adobe could give a hint about what the problem actually is...

I have now spoken to 4 people from customer and technical support. Still no results! All of them said the same thing and obviously wasnt listening to me. They kept telling me that there is a download available that verifys my software into the full versions but when i check my order status and click 'your downloads' the downlaod section is empty and ive told them this so many times!! I have also been told to uninstall all y programs and us the 'Adobe Cleaner Tool" to clear everything. I tried that restarted my computer and installed the software again, still didnt work, still a trail version!
I am many seeing forum entries everywhere that state that many people are having this exact same problem. Why is this not being resolved??
I am not paying a monthly fee for software that only last 30 days!
Macullen91 what language are you using your operating system in? What country/region are you located in? Have you reviewed the document which Fabian Lauer offered in message #2.
It is quite possible many of the postings you are referring to are regarding this issue. Basically the Adobe Application Manager detects the langauge your operating system is using and utilizes that language. Customer's in the EMEA region often choose the English only version of Creative Cloud. This then causes the problem you are referring to if your Adobe Application Manager is set to a different language than English as it will continually load in trial mode. Either canceling and purchasing the multi-language subscription, if you use a language other than English, or ensure that that the Adobe Application Manager's language is set to English.
