It appears the current workflow notification doesn't include the customers Title in the 'form summary' tag..
How can I add this to the notification email - not everyone's name is easy to know if thay are male or female! and this means you are currently forced to click through to the cutomer record online to clarify this...

Does not include a number of things.
The name of it kind of gives it away - Workflow summary, it is only ever intended to have the core elements as a summary and you go into the admin to manage your CRM etc. The system has such a big CRM system with lots of features that can not all be put in an email.
While it would be nice to sort the order and things of the web form items that come through in these, I would like to have less a lot of the time to encourage clients to utilise the admin and adopt more modern workflows for thier business which in turn will help the business.

I guess what I was hoping for would be a 'form_complete' tag rather than a summary! actually the title field is the only one that isn't shown - most of them do show either against the form fields or formatted like the address and name..
I suppose it is back to the client with 'not going to happen' response!
