Problems Printing a PP deck in PDF form.

Hello,

 

I am trying to assist a co-worker.  They have a Power Point deck that was converted to a PDF file.  The PDF looks fien but when we print it it converts the native portraited slide to landscape clipping all of the slide.

 

I am guessing there is something basic we are missing.
