What are your images here showing I see a list of small xml files some of which have a File Name prefix that matches some of the files names as some of yout tif files followen by .tif.aux before the xml extension.
It may help if you note the difference in machine configuration of the machine that is failing to one that is working
What OS version and fixes are the machines running
What Video cards and drivers
What Fixes and third party plug-ins have been add to CS5 on these machines.
Also you could try posting the Script you having problems with soe we can see how its saving documents. The Files with the .xml extension show a 1KB size more like metadata then an image.
