    Hi marie3355,

     

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.  Are you able to convert any of your documents?  Are you receiving an error message?

    No not at all I need your help in why it is not converting properly..

     

     

     

    Why -0- grid lines not formatting in columns skipping columns????

    Hi Marie,

     

    Would you be willing to share one of the files you're having difficulty converting with us via the File Conversion Issue form?  Perhaps we can provide some insight as to what's going on.  Please be sure to reference this forum thread in your description so we can circle back here.
