When i submit a question to support does it take me here? Trying to speak to any so called online support nowadays is harder than negoiatig the minators (spl?) maze. Takes about an hour to get past all the obstacles they put in place. Swear here.

OK. Just got LR4 - workflow with PSE9 doesn't work. Known bug? Any fix? Just one of those spend some more money on an upgrade in six months time things?

Also....RX100 raw support... any news?

Anyone who  posts an answer gets £5 from adobe for doing their job for them.

Thanks

No, this is a user-to-user forum, where users try to help other users. Every once in a while, an actual Adobe employee will comment in here, but don't hold your breath waiting for it to happen.

What doesn't work? What part of the workflow. Can you give us details?

Obviously, something is wrong in the setup. So when you say

I've already done the google thing and set everything up

could you tell us exactly what you did (or give us a screen capture of your settings?)

have you set photoshop elements as the external editor: (not sure if you are referencing this as the 'setup")

    http://help.adobe.com/en_US/lightroom/using/WSA810DC18-9A3B-4f2e-B09C- 1C45DD1F8EDC.html

    and reference this thread:

    http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lr4_external_edi tor_failure

Note: If you're setting Photoshop Elements up as an External Editor, make sure you choose the "Photoshop Elements Editor" not the alias for Photoshop Elements (which launches the welcome screen):
