Why does my sign in feature disappear all the time I am pretty sick of it.

I used to have a sign in feature appear on the actual PDF document in the top right corner when I opened it but now I don’t and have to go through all the performance of doing it on line.

I purchased a package some time ago

What application are you opening your PDFs in? You won't see a connection to the ExportPDF service unless you're using Adobe Reader X to open the PDF.

If you are running Adobe Reader X, try choosing File > Save as > Word or Excel Online to open up the panel you were used to seeing.
