What's an efficient way to adjust position of all clips on timeline

Aug 16, 2012 11:40 AM

In one of my projects, I have hundereds of cuts on a timeline. And it looks like the position of few clips has been accidentally changes. I need to have same position for all clips. Is there a way to set position of all clips globally - what's the best way to tacke this? Thanks in advance. - renized

Select the first clip and select copy. Then select all the other clips (lasso them for instance) and select Paste Attributes.

Hit the A key for the Track Select tool.  Click on the first clip you want moved, and every clip after that will also be selected.  You can them move them as a group.

If you need clips on more than one track selected, hold down CTRL when you click.
