Essentials are missing i have to buttons

i tried to use Adobe Flash Professional CS6 (this is my third day using it) when i try to openit it says it can't be read or something like that,i need to fix this before me trial ends >:(

    You should take a screenshot of the error message you get and include it in your posting.  Otherwise you are likely to be the only one who knows what the error says.
