I have wanted to cancel my annual subscription but the live chat always has more than a dozen people waiting. Your system REQUIRES me to use the live chat to do this which I think is very poor service. I simply don't have time in front of the computer to wait for you to serve me. I am on an annual plan that you auto-renewed in October. I don't need it anymore. I have 30 days to cancel but your system makes it impossible to do this with any reasonable investment of my time.
My only option is to cancel my credit card with you or despute the charges which I don't want to do.

I am also in the same boat as jimjenner, unfortunately I can't afford my Creative Cloud subscription for the time being, I will return but it is out of my budget at the moment.

I asked to cancel my annual subscription at 12:00, after waiting for a long time to talk to someone, and I was told I was getting an email confirming it in 15-30 min, and it has been more than 2 hours and no email. It's a very bad service adobe has on cancellation. When I got the subscription, I received an email in less than a minute, but to cancel, it takes forever. Very disappointed at Adobe.

I canceled on Nov 20th and they said I would receive an email in 15-30 min. It has been 5 days and no confirmation of my cancelation. Very bad service!!! I want an email that confirms this cancelation. If it takes too long, I'll have to cancel my credit card, because I can't trust this company! Very upsetting.

I need to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription. I signed up on 11/8/2013 and it is just way more than I am going to use, I think my better solution is to just find a stand alone version of Photoshop and save the monthly fee. Thanks!
I auto renewed today at 3:30 with no notice. Have to get out of this. Why is there no one to talk to? Have gotten on to customer service and there are still 16 people ahead of me after over 30 minutes. I am super unhappy that I can't get any help.
I need help canceling my account. I have been a member for over a year. The first year I had a teacher rate wich went up the second year. I auto renewed today and must cancel. I cannot afford the new rate for the amount of the CC that I use. Can you help me today? I auto renewed today with no notice. It is still the first 30 days of my year two if I can get out today.
