Can not download adobe flash player

Trying to download adobe flash player using interent explorer. After download complete I reboot computer but download is not there. Whats wrong?

I do not have internet Explorer, I have a MacBook Pro.

Flash PLayer 11.3 for Windows :

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/i nstall_flash_player_11_active_x.exe

Note : Download and save the installer, once it is saved, run the installer.

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac /install_flash_player_11_osx.dmg

Note : Download and save the installer, once it is saved, run the installer.
