Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended on a Mac i5

I installed the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended on my Mac i5 and it installed as Abobe Photoshop CS6? (the standard version) I have tried everything but haven't been able to come up with an answer.

    The application name is Photoshop CS6.

     

    Do you see the 3D menu? (even grayed out)

     

    Did you have a previous Photoshop CS6 install on that machine?

     

    And what does the splash screen say?

    I don't have a 3D menu, it ended up installing as the standard version of CS6.

     

    I had a copy of CS5 Extended prior to this trial version, that has been uninstalled and I have used the cleaner to get rid of all the left overs etc in other part of the drive.

     

    The splash screen say Photoshop CS6 without the Extended.

    Then at some point you installed a standard version of Photoshop and did not deactivate it.
