DNG conversion Out of Focus

RAW files using DNG conversion during compact flash card upload were out of focus using Bridge CS5 for the download.  The same files were NOT out of focus uploaded as CR2 files.  Used were both Lexar Pro and San Disk Extreme cards, Lexar card reader, Canon 5D Mark II camera, highest resolution RAW setting on the Mark II, CS5 on Macbook Pro Snow Leopard.
