Uploading the folios Indesign quit unexpectedly

I'm uploading a folio with vertical scroll frame that contains about 40 image sequences of about 5MB each ( 3d visualization ) after few minutes of uploading the folio indesign quit unexpectedly. I'm using the latest Desktop Upgrade, Indesign CS6 and I have a professional DPS account. Any suggestion ? I did the process before with few images and it worked OK
