How can I make a box go away?

A box asking for permission to store data on my computer won't go away when I press Deny.  It appears on every video I try to view on my home page (Verizon Fios) or AOL. I can see the video playing behind the box just fine.

    This is the Adobe Reader forum and, to the best of my knowledge, Reader cannot be used to view videos. Are you sure you are posting your question in the right forum?

    I'm not sure of anything. Icon says Adobe Reader X.  An update earlier today was .14 I think.  Sometimes I get an update for flash player, what ever that is.  Does any of that help you figure out where I'm supposed to be?
