Hi guys,
I've created and uploaded a folio with 9 stacks and a total size of 300 MB. When I checked this folio on my iPad, everything seemed fine. But, after "using" it for a while, some stacks become gray screens. When I switch from landscape to portrait and back, the problem is fixed. But, after some time, this solution doesn't work anymore either. They just stay gray screens... Restarting the content viewer (v21) doesn't help. Only deleting and downloading it again works... But, after a while, I have the same problem again...
I've néver had this problem before.
Is this a bug in V21 and is this fixed in V22?
Thanks!
Gr,
Nick
When DPS was fresh out of beta (May/June of last year) we would have the occasional gray page but I'm pretty sure this was due to corrupted articles that weren't properly/fully downloaded. With larger articles and folios there was a timeout on the server or device side that would interrupt downloads mid-article. The only solution was to re-upload the effected articles. This hasn't happened for quite some time since Adobe made some changes on the server side. The problem articles were consistently gray, they didn't look fine at first and then change over time.
Are your problem articles HTML based or just regular articles from InDesign files?
