Select the data submit (for Acrobat this is a FDF file) and see if that works. Do not submit the entire PDF, that is not needed. The data file can be imported to the form at the receive site. Also, if you are developing this form for online use there are several things to consider: 1. e-mail is not secure and no personal information should be submitted; 2. e-mail ability to submit form data varies with the client machine setup and fails too often (but you will be blamed anyway, though it is a client machine issue).
