Windows defender update

Hi, I have windows 7 and Premiere Pro CS5.5

 

last 14 days i have problem with premiere, problem starst when windows defender update.

(Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.131.2244.0))

 

Restore system help, but, this is important actualization.

 

My premiere doesnt start, show splash windows, but crash before loadings...

 

 

Can anybody help me, how to start premiere with this update?
