On a Type layer when I choose one of the Hebrew options and begin to type, the letters come out in English letters. How to get Hebrew letters?

I'm not sure whether you have a Mac or a PC,but just simply set your language keyboard to Hebrew. Add that keyboard if you don't have it.

I just found out unless you have the Middle East version of CS5,you will need CS6. It supports Hebrew.
So just download a trial version for the job,but it'd be a good idea to upgrade.
If it's not a keyboard option, add it in System Preferences > International and checkmark it from the list in the Input menu section.
