Conversion Distorted

When I convert my PDF file to an excel (xlsx file) it comes out distorted.  How do I get the document to keep the same format after converting?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.  Would you be willing to share the file you're trying to convert with us via the File Conversion Issue form?  Perhaps we can provide some insight as to what's happening.  Please be sure to reference this forum thread in your description of the issue so we can circle back here too.
