The lack of Sequence presets looks like it's running in trial mode perhaps, otherwise could be a bad install. Did you uninstall your old version completely and run Adobe Cleaner utility before the CS6 install?

As for no audio, please try using the Media Browser to Import your clips into Premiere, should find a tab for this at lower left of Premiere interface. This is the preferred method for tapeless media import.

    Thanks

    Try this:

    • Fully deactivate your software (Help > Deactivate).
    • Quite all Adobe applications.
    • Restart your computer.
    • Restart the application.
    • Choose Help > Activate to re-activate the software.
    • Create a new project.
    • Create a new sequence.

The fact that you are missing presets means that there are a series of codecs that were not properly activated.  This is also the cause of your missing audio.

Ann's recommendation of reactivating should resolve the issue.  You also may have to restart Premiere twice after activation before the presets will appear.

Your computer was able to connect to our activation server, and then resetting it made Premiere reload your codecs -- we have a document on this issue now.
