PS SC6 Jittery Cursor in Layers Pallet

I have all my pallets on my second display. In Photoshop CS6, when I open or close a layer group folder in the Layers pallet, the cursor becomes jittery and stuttered. If I move the mouse off the pallet, the mouse returns to normal, and mouse tracking is smooth. If I move the mouse back over the Layers pallet, it's fine, until I interact with a layer on that pallet. At which point, the jittery mouse action returns. Anyone else experiencing this? I know this wasn't an issue with CS5, but I also recently upgraded to Mountain Lion, so it's possible it's a Mountain Lion/PS6 quirk. Thanks.

What type of mouse?  wired, wireless, trackball

    Some wireless have interference problems.

Do you notice the problem when you have only a few layers?
