Is there an other method to download the applications offered throughout the cloud service?

The "new" downloader does not work. I've had the service for two months and still haven't been able to get any CS6 applications.

It works for most people.

Can you tell us more about what happens when you try? Many peoiple here have successfully resolved their installation issues on these forums.

this happens and gets stuck for hours.

Try downloading the current Application Manager direct from the Adobe website
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774

That has worked for many people.
