Why are some of the browsers not loading?

Aug 17, 2012 7:57 PM

Some of the browsers loaded after a while but some, such as Chrome and one of the IE versions just sits there going round and round on 0% loaded.  I accidentally left one trying to load while I went out shopping and on my return found it hadn't changed from 0%!!

What is the problem here please and what can I do to be able to check my site in a range of browsers?

Thanks

What url are you testing and how many browsers do you want to simultaneously test?

By "standalone" site do you mean a localhost site, or one that's behind a firewall? What's the URL you're putting into BrowserLab?

Assuming you meant localhost or behind a firewall, you might want to check out this article for some tips:

    Hope this helps,
