Hi Debbie,

We'll need more info to work from. What operating system and browser are you using? What kind of problem is occuring and how long would you say it's been going on for?

i am using google crome.when i play the games it will say that flash has

crashed. i have been having this problem for awhile. can yo help please

Hi Debbie,

Can you please verify that you are using Chrome version 21.0.1180.83 m? If you are, and the crashes continue, please try the following steps:

Navigate to "about:plugins" in the Chrome address bar
Click the Details link in the upper right part of the page to expand all items
Locate the "Shockwave Flash" entries (there will be 2 or 3 of these)
Click "Disable" for the PPAPI copy (most likely the first one listed), which should have a version number of 11.3.31.230
Restart Chrome for good measure and try again

hi

I am using crome. my lap top is not very old. my compter guy tried everything he

cold think of and i am still having problem. he did try that method

What Chrome version are you using?

What Flash Player version is on that Chrome?

hi

the chrome i am sing is 21.0.1180.83m. it says that its the lastest version also

i have the latest version of flash realeashed by chrome also my flash comes with

updates auutomaticly

Can you tell us what version of Flash Player is reported as being installed when you visit this page?

Ok, that means you're running Chrome's built in version of Flash Player. To see if this version is to blame, you need to disable this version using the steps I listed in post #4. Once done, you should see the version 11.3.300.271. Once you get that, try again.

After trying those steps, did you verify which version was being used? You might want to also clear your Flash Player cache.

How do I clear my Flash Player cache and settings?

Ps. I looked, but I couldn't find any email from you, other than your post on the 24th.

Debbie,

Other than opening a new issue over on the Chromium bug database, the only other thing I can recommend at this time is going back to a previous version of Flash Player (such as the latest 10.3) release, then disabling the PPAPI plugin in Chrome. Please note though that when Chrome updates, it's possible that they will reset Flash to again use the PPAPI version.

How do I revert to a previous version of Flash Player?
