Can i purchase a creative cloud in the US and use in Philippines?

is Creative Cloud membership available outside of the US?

 

I have a US bank account and credit card and would like to use the service in the Philippines. Is this allowed under your license agreement?

    Hi David,

     

    This should work okay. The software does need to confirm your subscription is valid once every 30 days though, so you will need internet access while you are in the Phillipines.

    That's great news.

     

    So just to confirm. I can purchase then use it in the Philippines and it doesn't violate the license agreement?

     

    I then will have to VPN to the US every month for activation?
