FP crashes

Why does FP keep crashing after downloading 11.3 in playing Zynga games.  Have deleted all FP browsing data, deleted FP folders in Adobe & macromedia and disabled FP hardware accelerator.  Also set FP storage in control panel to unlimited for Zynga.

Usually use Google Chrome.  OS is Win Vista.  I switched to Mozilla Firefox, but it had the same problem - but not as often as Chrome.
