trouble with photoshop cs6 trial download..

when i download the trial of CS6 photoshop it tells me my trial has expired and i have not even opened the program yet! i downloaded this 2 hour trial 3 times now and it still wont work im using a Windows 7 OS

what if the previous owner of this computer already did the trial will that keep me from being able to get the trial even if its a different adobe user name?

Yes. Trials only run once and that is that.
