Problem with Menu Spry and Div's

Hi there,

I am having an issue with my spry menu bar.

my site structure is:

DIV ID-Header

DIV ID-Nav

DIV ID-Content

DIV ID-Footer

I created the spry in div id -nav and everything was fine, when i came back a day later it had moved into div id content.

Any reason why this would happen?
