Audition 3.0.1 and earlier

I was working in AA with several clips that comprised a session of about 1:30 with the stock reverb on the master FX. I've worked this session before with no issues. The only thing different was the reverb.

Went to mixdown and AA stopped responding. Alt/Ctrl/Del brought up the stask manager which closed AA.

Upon re launching AA, the error message "To continue where you left off, please restart Audition" appears and the program doesn't open.

AA version 3.0.1

Win-7 Premium

Ended up reinstalling. That solved the problem, however I noticed that the version of AA I installed from a saved download is 3.0, so it is likely that is what I was using all along. I didn't save the update 3.0.1 download.
