Dream Weaver: problem signing in to complete set up.

It says when I click to sign in so I can complete DW set up that "please connect to the internet and retry", either i don't have a computer connection or clock is wrong, and both connection and clock are working properly and after multiple retries on different days, i'm still having same issue.

 

Please help!
