Could not download my order

Hi,

 

I recently placed an order for CS6 Design Web Premium and got a link to download.

 

It repeatedly failed to download DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7z - an over 4 GB file. Lastly it said that it disallows me to download after 5 tries. Now I can't even see my order!

 

What should I do?

    Get in touch with support to renew your download quota. Otehrwise download th trial version and activate it with your serial number.
