How do I download Acrobat 9 again?

Hi there!

I can see my Acrobat 9 Standard serial number in my account area, but I have no link to download the software.  I just had a computer crash, and I'm trying to reload the software on my PC.

    Not sure you can. You may have to contact Adobe directly. When you download it in the future, be sure to write a backup to a CD or such. However, it seems folks are always losing their CDs too, rather than having an archive drawer for all installed software.

    Hi Charleen,

     

    I took a look at your Acrobat 9 Standard registration.  It looks like it was an OEM copy, meaning that it was included with the computer you purchased.  I would suggest looking at the CDs that shipped with your computer.
