Photoshop Elements 9 installed on 1 PC but I get a message saying it's installed on 2 other PC's!

Elements 9 is installed only on my PC, no other PC in my household has it installed, what's going on?

You blew out an activation at some point, possibly inadvertently or due to technical issues. Contact support to reset activastion count.
