App manager crashes! How to download Muse?

Hi there,

 

Adobe application manager cannot be convinced to survive more than two seconds on my computer. I am running Cs6 Design and Web Premium. All programs but app manager are running as they should.

 

the error message is below.

No help from Microsoft - who would expect that?

    Solved by downloading the trial. but not from within the cs-cloud because the app manager again appears and crashes. instead I got the trial from the adobe.com muse product site. There zou can download without app manager...
