It will do so automatically but feel free to manualyl uninstall.

The installer should uninstall any older versions, but it is my experience that it is better to manually uninstall when skipping versions.

Uninstall previous or current version of Adobe Reader, you use Adobe Reader Cleaner Tool :

Download Adobe Reader 10.1.4 : http://get.adobe.com/reader/
